- Place a nut-sized amount into wet hands and rub them together to create a smooth, silky paste.
- Massage gently onto damp or wet skin using circular motions for several minutes, taking care to avoid the delicate eye area.
- Rinse with clean, lukewarm water to remove the fine grains and powders — but do not over-rinse, allowing the nutrient-rich oils to remain on the skin for optimal absorption.
