The first time I used it I found it too aggressive but gradually got used to it and now I cannot live without it. I did not know about the benefits of body brushing until I saw a video of Fiona explaining on Facebook but so glad I started body brushing. My skin is improved and I feel detoxed at every use. I love this product so much. I use it not daily but several times a week. It keeps my skin super soft and exfoliated and the amount of dead/dry skin it removes is extraordinary, you can literally see the debris in little clouds as you rub in circles. I do it before getting in the shower in so it's not too gross and I can rinse it away. Definitely recommend!

I think this product is an excellent product and has improved my skin tone and I feel more energetic and refreshed after using it. I use it in the morning before my shower and it takes only 1 minute. My only criticism would be that the strap that u slip your hand thru couldhave been a little tighter in order to hold your hand in place more securely. I may be able to adjust that by unfastening one side and reattaching w/staple gun to make the opening tighter.

Dissapointed!! After a few months some bristles fell out. I contacted customer service who told me the brush is for DRY brushing not in the shower so it seems I did it wrong. This was not clear in the instructions they provided. My skin did feel soft after I used it so too bad my brush is damaged now

I really love thiss. I am 48 years old and I had a little bit of saggy skin on my lower abdomen.
