If you are not totally satisfied with any of our products we offer a 30 day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item and using it, to return it to us and we will issue you with a credit note, excluding shipping costs.

Acne breakout problem

Sometimes your skin may break out in the first few days, this is usually because it is purging out dirt and rebalancing itself but if the dirt is trapped by dead skin, acne can occur. If this is the case, by simply using a natural exfoliant (for example our new Skin Facial Polish) the acne should clear up in 2 or 3 days but if you have any worries please email us and we will advise you personally on what to do: info@swisstoniq.com

Serum separating/splitting problem

If your serum is shipped during freezing cold winter temperatures of summer heatwaves it may separate due to extreme temperatures. This changes the texture and makes it less creamy however we guarantee the benefits for your skin are the same. Unfortunately we cannot avoid this situation at times because we do not use synthetic substances to keep them mixed. Please email us if you are unhappy: info@swisstoniq.com

To return products please send them to:

Swiss Toniq Geneva, Chemin des Perdrix 20, 1228 Plan les Ouates, Geneva, Switzerland. You will need to add your order number, name, address and telephone and a note saving why you no longer wish to keep the products. Once received we will provide you with a credit note.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
