SHIPPING

We offer free shipping on all Switzerland & Central Europe, and USA orders over 165 chf. 

For Switzerland: We process and ship orders within 1-3 business days of receiving them (Monday-Friday), excluding Swiss national holidays, from our head office in Switzerland. Please note, orders placed after 14:00 CEST on Friday will be processed the next business day (Monday).

For USA: Orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt (Monday-Friday), excluding major US national holidays, from our fulfillment center in Illinois. Orders placed after 14:00 EST on Friday will also be processed the next business day (Monday).

For Europe: We process and ship orders within 48 hours of receiving them (Monday-Friday), excluding EU national holidays, from our head office in France. Please note, orders placed after 12:00 CEST on Friday will be processed the next business day (Monday).

Please bear with us while we prepare your order. A shipping confirmation email with a tracking number will be sent to you once the order is shipped.

Switzerland - typically 1-2 business days

Europe- typically 2 to 5 business days

USA - Default Shipping is Standard Ground, typically 3-5 business days (including Free Shipping)

USA - 2 Day Express - Customers have the option to select the 2 DAY Express shipping (Guaranteed 2 DAY Delivery to 48 states, excluding HI, AK, and PR).
