How do I start a subscription?

  1. Select "Subscribe & Save" on the product page of each item you desire.
  2. Select the schedule that works for you.
  3. Skip your deliveries or cancel your subscriptions at any time in Swiss Toniq account and click on manage subscription.
  4. In advance of each delivery, we will send you a reminder email showing the item price and any applicable discount for your upcoming delivery. The price of the item may decrease or increase from delivery to delivery, depending on the swisstoniq.com price of the item at the time we process your order.

How do I change my delivery schedule?

  1. Login to Swiss Toniq account
  2. Go to Manage Subscriptions.
  3. Click the "See more details" on the subscription you wish to manage.
  4. Under the actions section of the table click on the edit link for the product you want to change the delivery date for.
  5. Change the dates to your preference
  6. Click Save.

Please contact us at info@swisstoniq.com if the option to change the delivery schedule is not available on your account. 

How do I add another product to my existing Subscribe & Save order?

  1. Login to Swiss Toniq account
  2. Go to Manage Subscriptions and click the "see more details" on your subscription. 
  3. Click Add Product
  4. At the bottom of the screen there's an option to add a subscription product or add a one-time purchase item. 
  5. Select the product you'd like to add and click on "Add Product" 

The product that you've added will be included on the subscription's next order. Please note that the products under the same subscription will have the same order frequency.

How do I cancel my Subscribe & Save auto-delivery?

  1. Login to Swiss Toniq account
  2. Go to Manage Subscriptions.
  3. You will see your subscriptions under your account and there's an option to Pause or Cancel the subscription. 
  4. Select a reason for cancelling your subscription
  5. Click Cancel my subscription.

How do I change my Subscribe & Save payment method?

  1. Login to Swiss Toniq account
  2. Go to Manage Subscriptions and click on "see more details" on your subscription.
  3. On the right side panel, you will see the Payment Details section. 
  4. Click on "Edit" and a pop-up will appear confirming you'd like to update your payment information. 
  5. Just proceed with the pop-up and you'll receive an email with a link to update your payment information.

Why did the price of my item change?

While you will always receive a Subscribe & Save discount, individual product prices can go up or down over time. If the price of your subscribed product changes, the new price will be displayed in your order review email and will be applied only on future shipments. You can review your subscription price and edit or cancel your subscription at any time.

What happens if I want a delivery date longer than 8 weeks apart?

You can keep the 10 weeks order frequency if you opted for that option before but the 10 weeks order frequency is no longer available. Please note that if you keep the 10 weeks order frequency, you will be eligible for the free mini products each delivery however excluded from the following: Free full size products, double entry into the monthly giveaway, VIP priority customer service and early bird access to all liquidation offers and sales.
