Use either one Bian stone and do each side of your face individually or use 2 Bian stones to save time and do both side of your face at the same time.
1. Apply a layer of any Swiss Toniq serum to your face and neck.
2. Using a fairly strong pressure, sweep the Bian stone across the under-eye area and out to the temple, all the way to the hairline.
3. Work the tool from the inside corner of the brow bone out to the temple area.
4. Start at the chin, then sweep the tool along your jawline and up to the ear.
5. Move the tool behind the earlobe, and then down the neck.
6. Guide the tool from the middle of your chin along your jawline toward the ear.
7. Repeat each movement three times on each side,
8. Drink a glass of mineral water after using the Bian stone in order to help flush out the toxins

Great stone with great benefits. Warning make sure you don't drop it on a marble or hard floor. I learned the hard way, I did have a pair of these but one fell and smashed. I use just one now and do each side of my face seperately instead of both sides at the same time... it takes a little longer

Very nice set. Heavy duty solid stone and I feel confident buying them from Swiss Toniq as I have been a customer since years and know that this is a trustworthy company. There are masses of Bian stones for sale on the internet but I found out from experience that most of them are Chinese imports that are only black stone that have been coated and not the real Bian stone with the electrical frequency. Real genuine Bian stone is not available everywhere, it's mostly fake so I'm happy with this set. I see my face looking smother after a week using the stones for 3 minutes a day. I have not tried on my muscles yet.

This is my third purchase. I bought 2 to massage my face and one to keep under my pillow. I've tried jade rollers and quarts stones on my face in the past but never found they did much for me. With this Bian stone I am seeing my face more lifted and less wrinkles. This set came packaged nicely. Each piece was in a ziplock bag, and was covered with some type of oil. One arrived broken but still usable, not sure what they are made of but you can see in one of the pics I posted that they are solid black throughout. Its the comb one and so far that one has been my least used one so not a huge deal to me. The others work really well to work out knots by myself where I can reach. I like the set and the bag and lanyards are nice.

These are lovely quality, nicely rounded off with no sharp edges, so I can put lots of or light pressure on my face and sore muscles. It does not mention sore muscles in Swiss Toniq description but I have read elsewhre the benefits of doing this after long hard workouts. My Bian stones came with a cute little pouch to hold them.
