Within Switzerland and to Europe, United States and Canada, shipping costs are free of charge for orders of CHF 70 or more.

For all orders under CHF 70 you will be charged CHF 9

Shipping to the rest of the world is CHF 40

All import and shipping taxes are taken care of by us so you should not be charged anything upon reception of your goods unless you reside in the United Kingdom, where Brexit import taxes are in place since january 2021

Shipping times are generally 48 hours however can be slightly longer due to covid complications.

For Swiss deliveries, if you wish your item to be sent express and arrive in 24 hours, please send us an email at with the email subject heading "express shipping" and include your order number or call 079 1581015.

You also have the possibility to collect your items directly at the Swiss Toniq offices the same day by selecting the "pick up" option

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at our contact page and we'll send instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

If you are allergic to any of the oils, botanicals or other in a product you have purchased and have a bad reaction we will be happy to send you a credit note for another product. We also suggest you try the same product that is giving you the reaction but minus the essential oils and some people are allergic to essential oils.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on discounted and sale items or gift cards.

Yes, we have a rewards programme for everyone who returns their empty packaging to us and we reward you with free Swiss Toniq products depending on the amount of bottles we have received from you.

Please send all your empty packaging back to us in September. We send out gifts to thank you for recycling at the end of September every year.

Swiss Toniq products are strictly not tested on animals.

You should use just enough to cover your skin comfortably without getting too thick. Every skin is different so I can't tell you how many drops exactly.

My products have been formulated especially for rosacea prone skin and should help your condition greatly - thank you Fiona.

Even if you are allergic to eating almonds, have you tried sweet almond oil on your skin already? Perhaps the oil does not contain the same substance as the pulp of the nut. Just an idea. You can order samples on my website if you’d like to try the serums as they only contain small amounts of almond oil. If you try them and react badly to them perhaps I could formulate a bottle just for you without the almond oil.

It could help yes as it does help reduce dark sun spots when used regularly.

Yes, that’s correct, apply the serum morning and evening like a cream.

One bottle lasts 4 to 5 weeks if used twice a day everyday.

If you use the soap (any of them on my website except the olive oil one) and the serum, it’s all your skin needs.

Yes, it can be used around the eyes unless you have eyes that are highly sensitive to essential oils.

No you’re just within the age range for one of the serums, the Advanced Repair. It’s been created for 35 to 55 year old skin. Apart from that, all my other products are suitable for you except the Time Response and Hydration Pro.
