A serum is a form of skin care product that is quickly absorbed in the skin because it contains high concentration of active ingredients. On top of that, serums penetrate faster and deeper into the skin which makes them more effective because they are made of smaller molecules.

For best results apply the serum twice a day.

First wash your face with a good quality chemical free soap and pat semi dry then apply a small amount of serum and massage in with an upward motion until well absorbed. Finish by patting your face gently all over.


If applying an SPF on top of your serum, wait 5 to 10 minutes for the serum to absorb well first

The serums contain masses of antioxidants and antimicrobial properties that will protect it for at least 3 months once opened. The serum needs to be kept away from direct sunlight and bright lights but otherwise will live quite happily in your bathroom.

You should not need to apply any other products when using our serums as they provide a complete care, however if you still wish to then please wait 5 to 10 minutes for the serum to absorb before applying other products

Yes you can, we have some clients who love to use one of the serums in the morning and a different one at night. For example the Advanced Repair in the morning as it it lighter for the day and then the Time Response or Hydration Pro at night as it is heavier.

Although the serums contain masses of antioxidants proven to reverse sun damage and boost the skin to protect itself from UV rays, it's better to also apply an SPF on top of the serum if going out in bright sun.

Yes you can use the Advanced Repair if you are starting to see signs of ageing. If you are not yet experiencing signs of ageing then all you will need is our Pure Argan oil or Pure Rosehip oil

Even if you are allergic to eating almonds, have you tried sweet almond oil on your skin already? Perhaps the oil does not contain the same substance as the pulp of the nut. Just an idea. You can order samples on our website if you’d like to try the serums as they only contain small amounts of almond oil.

It’s a surfactant of vegetable origin. It comes from coconut and improves the texture of the serum. Not to be confused with SLS which is unsafe and synthetic

SLSA is a natural substance derived from coconut, not to be confused with SLS which is an irritant and usually synthetic - SLSA brings to the table many elements that are very beneficial to the skin. What might just be the greatest quality of this surfactant is that it can be used on every type of skin and hair. We feel this characteristic is important, and products with SLSA work really nicely for people with dry and sensitive skin. There are so many different skin conditions out there such as eczema, rosacea, acne, and psoriasis. We want to be able to cater to our customers and provide them with products that will work for all types of skin. This is just one of the reasons we decided to add SLSA to our products.

You should try the Make up remover soap

It has all the base ingredients as most of our other soaps minus the essential oil so should not sting the eyes. It’s the essential oils that sting so much.

They are safe because they are 100% natural and clinically tested however there is some contraversy around using essential oils during pregnancy so ideally you should choose the versions without essential oils if you are pregnant or breastfeeding

We have seen impressive and fast results form our clients of all ages when using the following products and routine:

1) Wash face twice a day with the Charcoal and Dead Sea Salt soap. This will pull all debris and excess sebum from deep within pores and pores will then reduce in size. You can even leave the soap on your skin up to a minute before rinsing for better results.

2) Apply the Advanced Repair serum (or Pure Argan oil if you are under 30 years old), once or twice a day. This will nourish, repair and protect your skin, while also rebalancing it.

3) Use the New Skin Facial polish exfoliant once to three times a week (after washing with the soap). This will remove the dead skin that is blocking the excess sebum and debris from escaping.

Note that on the days you use this exfoliant, you will not need to apply the serum or Argan oil afterwards as our exfoliant is unique and highly moisturising.

4) Apply the Dead Sea mud mask once a week. This will provide an intensive detox and boost with masses of minerals

Standard shipping

Once we receive your order confirmation it will be shipped within 48 hours (Monday - Friday). However, if you place an order on the Friday afternoon (after 14 pm GMT) your order will only leave our premises on the following business day (Monday).


Express shipping

If you wish your item to be sent express, please send us an email at infoswisstoniq.com with the email subject heading "express shipping" and include details where your item(s) should be sent to (name, address, telephone number). Thank you.

Yes, you can either change it yourself on your Swiss Toniq account or email us to do the change for you at: info@swisstoniq.com, but the change is only possible until you have received an email notifying that your goods have been shipped. Once they have been shipped, there is no longer the possibility to change the address.

All import and shipping taxes are taken care of by us so you should not be charged anything upon reception of your goods unless you reside in the United Kingdom, where Brexit import taxes are in place since january 2021

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

For returns we offer a credit note for the full amount (minus the shipping amount)

If you are allergic to any of the oils, botanicals or other in a product you have purchased and have a bad reaction we will be happy to send you a credit note for another product.

We also suggest you try the same product that is giving you the reaction but minus the essential oils as some people are allergic to essential oils.

If your discount does not work it's possible that you have added items to your cart that either already have a discount or have a free gift with them. Only one discount or free gift may be used at a time.

With the collaboration of a well known Swiss Biochemist and organic cosmetics laboratory, Swiss Toniq was founded in Geneva, Switzerland by British born mother, ex horse breeder and professional showjumping rider Fiona Pittaluga-Nicholls in 2017, after a horse fall that left her with a broken spine and woke her up to healing and caring for her body.

She wasn't happy that many products claiming to be "organic" or "natural" actually contained dangerous chemicals and that todays skincare products were made up of cooked, bleached ingredients that were dead and gave unimpressive results. She realised that her skin issues and minor illnesses all disappeared once she removed chemical skincare from her daily routine.

She was also disappointed about the gross amount of single use plastic packaging being used. This being not only harmful to the environment but also leaking toxins in to the products that you then put on your skin. 

She discovered that most existing products contained only 1% to 10% of the valuable actives they claimed and that the remaining content was useless and sometimes harmful fillers.


She wanted to bring higher quality products to women, products that actually worked and were not bulked up or diluted or contribute to illness...


Products where women PAY FOR AMAZING INGREDIENTS... AND NOT for the celebrity sponsorships, masses of glossy packaging and huge advertising campaign costs that are routinely added into products.

Yes, they all are, we like to help our planet. We use aluminium and glass bottles only, no plastic bottles and all our card and paper packaging is made from recycled paper.

We offer a recycling program where you can send all your used packaging to us during the month of September and once a year (Sept/Oct) we send you products to thank you for your empties
